Thank you for shopping with Project 48. Because our products are made to order and often offered on a pre-order basis, we ask for your patience and understanding as your item is produced and shipped with care.
1. Order Processing & Production Time
All orders are made through a pre-order and print-on-demand model. This means your item is not made until after your order is placed. Please allow:

Up to 4 weeks for production

Followed by standard international shipping times
We will email you once your order has been fulfilled and is ready to ship.
2. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Times
Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method. After production is complete, typical delivery times are:

USA & Canada: 10–20 business days

Europe: 15–25 business days

Rest of World: 20–30+ business days
Total estimated time from order to delivery: up to 8 weeks, though it may arrive sooner depending on your location.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. International orders may be subject to additional customs or import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that it may take a few days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
