At Project 48, each product is made to order through our print-on-demand process. Because we produce items specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the case of manufacturing defects.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. To be eligible:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue (e.g., printing error, incorrect item, damaged packaging).

The issue must be attributable to a production or quality control error.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
2. All Other Cases
Since all items are made to order and we do not carry inventory, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for reasons such as incorrect size, buyer’s remorse, or shipping delays.
Please double-check your order details (such as size, color, and address) before completing your purchase.
If your item was lost or damaged in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly, as we are not responsible for shipping-related issues beyond production.
